The 28mm Experience

I’m seeing the experience of point and shoots come back into the world. The difference being they are a lot more expensive. So how can I use gear I currently have but keep a low profile. Enter the 28mm lens, it can fit in a hoodie pocket and get the point and shoot feel. Since I’m using my full frame camera anyway I can crop in in post or if I want a closer photo I can move my feet to get the frame I’m after.

Lucky for me I was only borrowing this lens, Nikon has released a 26mm pancake lens at the time of this post. As soon as I’m able I will daily drive the 26mm and check back with the results. I’m pretty excited for that one.
